Returns Policy

My aim is complete customer satisfaction but should you wish to return an item please read the terms below.

Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty a refund or exchange will be offered.

Please contact me within a reasonable time scale.

Refund

I operate a full, no questions asked, returns policy. 

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations please contact me within 14 working days of receipt of goods to request a refund. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.You don’t need to provide a reason.

You should return the goods unused and securely packed in the original packaging where possible to the address below..

Refunds will not include return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods to the address below.

Any losses or damage incurred during the return may mean I cannot refund you. Therefore I strongly advise you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery or international equivalent that has the appropriate insurance cover.

Refunds can only be returned to the source that was originally used to pay. For PayPal payments this means that refunds will be credited to the customer's PayPal account and not the card that was used to pay through PayPal. For credit cards this will be to the card that was originally used for the transaction.

Exceptions

We regret that custom made to order jewellery or lampwork beads cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
For any items returned damaged due to improper use or when reasonable care has not been taken by the customer, Judith Johnston may claim against the customer for damages and breach of statutory duty. This does not affect the customer's right to a full refund.
