Methods of Payment

Orders can be placed online or by telephone.
Full payment is required when placing an order.
Secure payment items purchased by credit or debit card online are done via the secure server and shopping cart.
My preferred method for payment is Paypal, which accepts most major credit/debit cards.


Delivery Information

Orders will be despatched within 24 hours whenever possible. If unavoidable delays occur I will contact you and advise you of the revised despatch date.

Postage and Packing

Worldwide standard postage and packing is free of charge.
Orders under £50.00 will be sent by standard first class post
Orders over £50.00 will be sent by Special Delivery which will require a signature.

If you require a different service please contact me.

Pricing Information

I reserve the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or material cost increasing.

Descriptions

Product descriptions are as accurate as possible but should only be used as a guide.
The best images possible are provided to help customers identify products. However the difference in the resolution and colour rendering of monitors should be taken into account .

Returns Informtion

I really hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied I will issue a refund or exchange, less postage and packing.
Goods should be returned, as new, unworn and in original packaging within 7 days by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note earrings may not be returned.

Should any orders be damaged, broken or incomplete please contact me within 48 hours of receipt.

The information given at the time of ordering will be used only by me and will not be distributed to any other companies or individuals.
